Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Account Director to implement account strategies and track progress for priority accounts.
- Prepare Management Information (MI) dashboards and reports on pipeline, revenue forecasts, and account performance.
- Provide actionable insights derived from data to inform business decisions regarding accounts.
- Manage Business Development initiatives, campaigns, and events for priority accounts, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Research industry trends and competitor activity relevant to priority accounts and summarize findings in concise reports.
- Drive operational excellence by streamlining BD processes, championing best practices in reporting, and ensuring compliance with internal standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, or Marketing.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development support, middle office, or operations within professional services or consulting.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools.
- Proven experience in programme/project coordination.
- Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management.
