Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio including ERP, EPM systems, and custom-developed applications.
- Serve as the primary accountable party for application availability, incidents, enhancements, and projects.
- Ensure all applications meet stringent business requirements, performance benchmarks, security, and compliance standards.
- Lead solution assessments considering cost, scalability, time-to-market, and long-term sustainability.
- Manage relationships with software vendors and system integrators, overseeing SLAs and cost optimization.
- Ensure applications comply with Group standards regarding cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in application management, enterprise systems, or digital delivery.
- Proven experience managing enterprise application systems and leading in-house development teams.
- Technical experience with both commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) solutions and custom-developed applications.
- Strong application lifecycle and delivery management skills.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into practical technology solutions.
- Solid understanding of solution architecture, system integration, and application security best practices.
