Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in global accounting firms.
- Proven expertise in financial due diligence and M&A processes.
- Demonstrated success providing transaction services to large company and private equity fund clients.
- Proven ability to lead engagements, including interviewing executive management at target companies.
- Extensive knowledge in assessing a target company's quality of earnings, net assets, and cash flows.
- Good degree qualifications in accounting or business from a recognized University, or professional accounting qualifications.
