Key Responsibilities

  • Support the OE lead in measuring site performance against a balanced scorecard and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Lead and facilitate structured problem-solving to resolve major sources of loss.
  • Act as PMO, leading projects that contribute to the stabilization of the new site and achievement of long-term goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
  • 0-6 years of professional experience.
  • Proven ability to engage multiple stakeholders and drive alignment toward action.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate with and influence peers and leaders effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team while also working independently to deliver results.
  • Ability to operate decisively and independently, especially in dynamic or ambiguous environments.
