Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and execute Operational Excellence initiatives through Lean and Six Sigma application at the site.
- Deploy and sustain the Integrated Manufacturing Excellence (IMEx) 'way of working' for daily operations, problem-solving, and continuous improvements.
- Build Six Sigma and Lean capability in colleagues through training and coaching (including IMEx orientation, 5S, etc.).
- Provide leadership and guidance to Green Belts (Method 2) and Yellow Belts (Method 1).
- Support the OE lead in measuring site performance against a balanced scorecard and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Lead and facilitate structured problem-solving to resolve major sources of loss.
- Act as PMO, leading projects that contribute to the stabilization of the new site and achievement of long-term goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
- 0-6 years of professional experience.
- Proven ability to engage multiple stakeholders and drive alignment toward action.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate with and influence peers and leaders effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team while also working independently to deliver results.
- Ability to operate decisively and independently, especially in dynamic or ambiguous environments.
