Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze purchasing KPIs such as OTD, PPV, lead time, and inventory health using SAP analytics and dashboards.
- Collaborate with Planning, Operations, Engineering, and Quality teams to support seamless purchasing execution.
- Drive automation, harmonization, and operational excellence across global and regional SAP S/4HANA purchasing processes while balancing site-level needs.
- Partner with global process owners and IT to enhance SAP functionality, support upgrades, and enable continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, trade regulations, and audit requirements.
- Present insights, progress updates, and improvement recommendations in management and project forums.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain.
- Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA MM with working knowledge of PP and SD modules.
- Knowledge in supply chain and procurement operations process.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across time zones and cultures.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with experience in fast-paced, high-mix environments.
