  • Assess risks in Asia and propose plans, resource localization, training, and HSE targets

  • Define, implement, and continuously improve site and operational HSE strategy and program
  • Assess compliance with occupational safety, health, and environmental regulations and track mitigation plans
  • Support regulatory compliance assessment of products such as REACH, RoHS, PFAS, and eco‑design
  • Coordinate and deploy the Business Continuity Management program across Asia
  • Maintain relationships with Real Estate and Security Managers and support crisis management

Requirements

  • Proven HSE leadership experience in oil & gas, manufacturing, or industrial sectors
  • Track record of leading HSE teams to deliver sustainable performance improvements
  • Success leading cultural transformation across multi‑site operations
  • Executive‑level stakeholder engagement experience
  • Deep experience in safety management systems and risk management
  • Investigation and audit leadership capability
  • Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 systems
  • Strong data‑driven decision‑making
  • Bachelor's degree in Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 8+ years progressive HSE management experience, preferably in aerospace
  • Proven experience managing compliance with local, national, and international HSE regulations
  • Strong knowledge of workplace health, safety, environmental protection, product safety, and emergency management
  • Proficiency with HSE management software tools
  • Project management skills for overseeing compliance initiatives and business continuity plans
