Key Responsibilities

  • Execute reliability programs for plant mechanical equipment, instruments, and systems through proactive, predictive, and preventive maintenance.

  • Develop and implement predictive maintenance programs, collecting data and recommending corrective actions to reduce equipment failures.

  • Lead major equipment repairs, troubleshooting, and commissioning/testing of new and obsolete mechanical systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including leading IRS/QAR investigations and implementing enhancements to reduce downtime.
  • Manage the reliability equipment database, preparing detailed reports on trends and maintenance activities.
  • Support project design, construction, and commissioning through active involvement in improvement discussions with vendors and engineers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in maintaining site-wide mechanical equipment and facilities.
  • Strong understanding of cGMP, EH&S compliance, and Data Integrity requirements.
  • Proven ability to conduct thorough Root Cause Analysis on mechanical failures.
  • Experience in developing and executing maintenance (PM/PdM) programs for complex plant assets.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams in resolving complex mechanical system performance issues.
  • Proficiency in preparing technical reports and documentation based on collected maintenance data.
  • Knowledge of mechanical systems, instruments, and associated engineering principles.
