Key Responsibilities

  • Manage warranty claims for assigned customer portfolio and pursue outstanding payments to meet debt objectives.
  • Apply commercial policy strictly while identifying business opportunities through daily customer interaction.

Requirements

  • Diploma holder with a minimum of 3 years' experience in Sales Administration or Logistics.
  • High proficiency in MS Excel/Gsheet and SAP.
  • Proven ability to manage customer relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Strong cross-functional and multi-cultural relationship management skills.
  • Independent, tenacious, and solution-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work autonomously within defined scopes while being a strong team player.
