Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily facility operations to ensure efficiency and reliability
- Monitor equipment performance and document operating conditions using checklists
- Operate and oversee the Building Management System (BMS)
- Conduct maintenance of electrical systems, air-conditioning, chillers, compressors, boilers, vacuum and exhaust systems, RO/DI water systems, wastewater treatment, and other water supply systems
- Diagnose and resolve unexpected facility or production-related issues promptly
- Maintain spare parts inventory, oversee control processes, and manage procurement activities
- Coordinate and collaborate with contractors and service providers to ensure quality service delivery
- Track and analyze utility consumption for effective resource management
- Organize and maintain electronic filing of facility-related documents
- Support and manage construction projects within the facility
Requirements
- Diploma in Facility Management, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Willingness and ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts (morning and night)
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently and proactively when required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all stakeholders
