Key Responsibilities
- Lead process integration efforts for embedded and standalone NVM technologies (eFlash, NOR Flash, MRAM, RRAM) across advanced CMOS platforms
- Define and optimize process flows to meet electrical performance, reliability, and yield targets for NVM devices
- Drive and conduct structured experiments (DOE) and data analysis to evaluate process changes and their impact on NVM performance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance NVM yield, reliability, and cost-effectiveness
Requirements
- PhD / Masters / Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Physics / Material Science or other engineering
- At least 8 years’ experience in Semiconductor Process Integration and management
- Experience with embedded NVM technologies such as eFlash, NOR Flash, MRAM, or RRAM is highly desirable
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Python, Spotfire) and statistical techniques
- Strong leadership qualities, communication skills, and ability to coach and mentor less experienced staff
