Key Responsibilities
- Leading and managing a team of Tendering Engineers
- Leading and participating in winning small to large project sales pursuits

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant Proposal, Tendering, or Inside Sales experience in LV, MV, Industrial Automation, BMS, and UPS commercially
- Technically strong knowledge of Electrical/Mechanical Distribution (Low Voltage, Medium Voltage, Industrial Automation, BMS, and UPS/Cooling for Data Centers)
- Proven experience in Contracts and Legal reviewing
- Prior experience as a People Manager or leading a team
- Ability to develop system architecture, generate BOM, and prepare proposals for submission
- High level of organizational skills and problem-solving abilities
