Key Responsibilities
- Manage and generate technical solutions, project cost structures, and planning for prospective deal engagements and investment approvals.
- Obtain proposals and manage the assessment, selection, appointment, and management of consultants for design and cost estimation.
- Support the project team throughout execution, including executing quotations and tendering processes for various packages.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in a mission-critical environment
- Ability to carry out high-level review of design drawings and documentation
- Familiarity with design and procurement processes
- Proven ability to manage internal and external stakeholders (technical and non-technical)
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Genuine interest in problem-solving and proactively exploring solutions
