Key Responsibilities
- The intern will be responsible in the following:
- 1) Support Investment team at Keppel Education Asset Fund in preparing financial models, internal presentations and papers for approvals. Where applicable, there could be opportunity to present to senior management of Keppel.
- 2) Maintain and update KEAF internal database and Power BI as part of day-to-day operations. Prior knowledge of Power BI is not a necessity as the intern can learn on the job.
- 3) Provide support in asset management work and investors’ reporting.
Requirements
- 1) We are looking for an energetic and driven candidate with a strong interest in real estate investment;
- 2) 2nd or 3rd year undergraduate studying towards a degree in accountancy, finance, economics, real estate or another related subject. Master students can also apply;
- 3) Keen interest in the real estate investment field and willing to learn;
- 4) Team player;
