Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the productivity, utilization and efficiency of the workshop technical officers.
- Oversee and optimise workshop processes to ensure high staff productivity, utilization and efficiency in bus maintenance.

- Ensure Technical Officers replace parts in accordance to maintenance requirements.
- Monitor, review and upgrade technical competencies of Technical Officers.
- Ensure consistent engagement and communications between the Management and the Technical Officers.
- Ensure training hours target is met for the financial year.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
- Fresh graduate or inexperience with the right attitude will also be considered.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.
- Job role in Mechanical Engineer or equivalent.
