Key Responsibilities

Identify, resolve, and improve process integration and yield issues

Requirements

BS + 2-4 years of experience or MS + 1-3 years or PhD + 0-1 year
Fundamental knowledge in one specialized technical discipline
Ability to use standard engineering methods to analyze and resolve problems
Experience working on projects of moderate scope with accountability
Demonstrated initiative and creativity within job scope limits
Ability to coach students and participate in team environments
Directed contact at engineering level with relationship focus
Knowledge, skills, and abilities aligned with technical team member proficiency
