Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, resolve, and improve process integration and yield issues

  • Perform product/process partitioning studies for yield and defect characterization
  • Ensure processes are well documented, failure modes assessed, and mitigation/detection in place
  • Support Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements

Requirements

  • BS + 2-4 years of experience or MS + 1-3 years or PhD + 0-1 year
  • Fundamental knowledge in one specialized technical discipline
  • Ability to use standard engineering methods to analyze and resolve problems
  • Experience working on projects of moderate scope with accountability
  • Demonstrated initiative and creativity within job scope limits
  • Ability to coach students and participate in team environments
  • Directed contact at engineering level with relationship focus
  • Knowledge, skills, and abilities aligned with technical team member proficiency
