- Familiarity with electrical schematic design software such as AutoCAD Electrical or EPLAN
- Experience with project management software and ERP systems for resource tracking
- Knowledge of international electrical standards and safety protocols
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary technical teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Effective communication skills for interfacing with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is highly desirable
