Requirements
- Extensive project management experience
- Knowledge of change management methodologies
- Understanding of airline pilot training programs
- Good problem-solving ability
- Extensive knowledge and experience with Corporate Governance and Risk Management
- Ability to identify deployment deficiencies or performance issues that may impact schedule or KPIs
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Jira
- Ability to communicate at all levels and build relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively and be self‑motivated
- Fluency in English and preferably Mandarin
