Key Responsibilities
- Create recommendations for the airline to gain regulator approval for CBTA program changes
- Work closely with the CBTA Management System Integration team to ensure sufficient information for effective change management

- Ensure deployment plan reflects agreed objectives and timelines and disseminate information to participants

- Act as intermediary between Boeing Learning Design stakeholders and the CBTA Deployment team
- Provide implementation progress updates, risks, and mitigation options to the CBTA Project Manager
Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint and Trello
- Knowledge of change management methodologies, including project and portfolio management
- Good knowledge of CBTA‑EBT regulatory requirements and aviation best practice
- Extensive knowledge and experience with corporate governance and risk management
- Excellent written and spoken English language
- Ability to articulate information clearly in written and verbal form
- Ability to communicate and build relationships at all organizational levels
- Extensive knowledge of Boeing CBTA program content
- Preference for written and spoken Mandarin
