Key Responsibilities
- Install and maintain production machines and plant facility's auxiliary equipment through highly diversified duties.
- Perform corrective maintenance on production equipment during operation and scheduled preventive maintenance repairs during machine service.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals, mechanical drawings, and electrical diagrams to perform regular preventive maintenance.
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, and execute high-level complex troubleshooting on production machines.
- Use various hand/power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment to detect faulty operations and report unusual situations.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean, orderly work areas while supporting the Manufacturing Services Leader.
Requirements
- Possess an engineering NITEC cert or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics/Mechanical Engineering with equivalent experience.
- In-depth understanding of machine tools is essential, and maintenance experience is a must.
- Good understanding of industry regulations and best practices for asset management and production maintenance.
- Knowledge of Maximo system.
- Ability to work on a 3 rotating shift pattern.
