Key Responsibilities
- Performing analysis on the historical and current financial performance of the client to determine business viability and identifying immediate remedies for resuscitation.
- Assisting clients in preparing cash flow projections, ascertaining assumption validity, and determining liquidity requirements.
- Liaising with various client stakeholders in the administration of corporate insolvency and restructuring engagements (e.g., judicial management, liquidation, receivership), including managing creditor queries and realizing assets.
- Supporting business development initiatives through proposal preparation and opportunity identification.
- Working closely with Partners and Managers on client management and business development activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in corporate/individual insolvency and/or restructuring exercises.
- Possess a Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or professional qualification in accounting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with applicable Singapore law on corporate restructuring and insolvency.
- Ability to work effectively in teams with strong interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of business drivers and their fundamentals.
- Resourceful, versatile, analytical, and possess good project management skills.
