Key Responsibilities
- Scope projects and manage deliverables along with project economics.
- Conduct detailed analysis of target data and practices, particularly regarding supply chain management, to identify key issues and improvement opportunities.
- Identify deal issues and propose actionable solutions.
- Produce reports and key summary sections detailing views on risks and areas for improvement in supply chain and operations.
- Manage or support the implementation of proposed solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above from a reputable university, preferably in engineering, supply chain, or operations management.
- Minimum 8 years of combined experience in managing roles within an external consulting firm and industry management roles (procurement, sales operations, manufacturing, supply chain, strategic/performance programs).
- Excellent analytical skills are a key requirement.
- Strong business sense and commercial awareness, ideally with financial accounting knowledge to link operational improvements to financial statements.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to develop impactful presentations (PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel.
