Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to global corporate leaders, translating complex data into actionable recommendations for short-term and long-term strategies.
- Drive complex, pivotal facilities projects across APAC countries.
- Lead monthly forecast and quarterly close processes, including variance analysis.
- Lead the annual strategic plan budget process for corporate groups.
- Build high-trust relationships across a matrixed global environment to align regional operations with KLA’s financial milestones.
- Champion initiatives to enhance data integrity, transparency, automation, and predictive analytics.
- Execute ad hoc strategic and operational projects as business needs evolve.
- Direct management and mentorship of a Financial Analyst, focusing on building a high-performing finance talent pipeline.
Requirements
- Masters Level Degree plus 5 years of finance experience, OR Bachelor’s Level Degree plus 7 years of finance experience.
- Proven finance experience required.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and Excel skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Executive presence to influence senior leadership and lead cross-functional teams.
- Ability to operate effectively with ambiguity and distill competing priorities into a clear path forward.
- Proven track record in a fast-paced, multinational, or matrixed environment.
