Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end management of aerospace MRO technology projects from problem definition through development, validation and industrialisation
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and deliverables

- Serve as the key interface between research teams and aerospace industry partners
- Co-develop project scope, technical objectives, and success metrics with partners
- Facilitate regular project reviews and governance meetings with stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in Aerospace MRO or aviation engineering environment
- PMP certifications or equivalent will be advantageous
- Experience working with cross-functional technical teams and external industry stakeholders
- Experience managing technology development projects from concept to industrial implementation
- Good business acumen, driven to deliver customer requirements and project deadlines
- Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to navigate technical and operational challenges
