Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in IT management, business relationship management, or enterprise systems management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role in a similar industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (required).
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent project management certification (preferred).
- Relevant enterprise systems certifications (SAP, Oracle, etc.) (preferred).
- Proven track record of managing large-scale IT projects and enterprise system implementations (ERP, CRM, etc.).
- Experience with cloud migration and system integration.
- Strong background in governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements for enterprise systems.
