Key Responsibilities
- Lead the User Requirement Gathering with key stakeholders, User Acceptance Testing with Application Development team/key users, Production Support covering software defects and Operational Support covering Training, System Security and User Access Reviews for the Business Continuity Management systems.
- Co-ordinate and conduct organization-wide BCP exercises to integrate and validate the effectiveness of business units' incident response and recovery capabilities, focusing on simulating worst-case scenarios having enterprise-wide impact.
- Provide value-added BCM advisory support to BUs/SUs, including quality review of BUs/SUs BCP with Gen AI assistance.
- Manage day-to-day administrative support for the team including general procurement requirements, GLAO reconciliation and management of BCP alternate sites.
- Apply use of Gen AI to develop tools/use cases to enhance workflows and reduce employee toil.
Requirements
- Assist the Team Lead with primary responsibility to support the design, governance and ongoing effectiveness of workflow and communication systems that are critical to Business Continuity Management.
- Support other aspects of the corporate BCM programme to ensure successful implementation of BCM requirements (e.g. exercises, training).
- Support Team Lead on system development and testing to ensure fit-for-purpose system enhancements to meet evolving BCM requirements.
- Provide Production Support covering software defects and Operational Support covering System Security and User Access Reviews for the Business Continuity Management systems.
- Assist/lead in the co-ordination and conduct of organization-wide BCP exercises to integrate and validate the effectiveness of business units' incident response and recovery capabilities.
- Support co-ordination of Group-wide BCP initiatives and activities to raise the overall BCP readiness of the Bank, with key accountability for specific BUs/SUs assigned.
