Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Masters/Bachelor's degree in science or engineering
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a related field
- Experience managing engineers or service personnel is required
- Proven leadership skills with at least 10 years of experience leading a team in the semiconductor equipment industry
- Minimum of 5 years of direct management experience, preferably managing managers
- Strong business acumen and experience in designing or supporting semiconductor equipment
