Key Responsibilities
- Provide solutions for field escalations received from Customer Support Engineers (CSE).
- Manage non-conformance products and collaborate with PCBA suppliers on quality and process continuous improvement.
- Conduct failure analysis, provide comprehensive reports to field support teams/customers, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the material team on cost reduction, EOL component replacement, and manufacturing site relocation.
- Write Engineering Change Orders (ECO) for product changes and ensure proper implementation.
- Oversee supplier quality and OOBQ yield, including auditing supplier processes when necessary.
- Support the design team with ICT and functional test setups, guiding on product repair and troubleshooting.
- Act as a manufacturing representative in PCA design reviews to ensure new designs meet DFM/DFT requirements.
Requirements
- BS or MS in Electronics Engineering with 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
- Strong knowledge of high speed digital circuits, FPGA, ADC & DAC, and analog signal conditioning circuits.
- Proficiency in noise filter and signal integrity concepts.
- Strong diagnostic skills capable of resolving circuit failures at both bench and system levels.
- Basic knowledge of the PCBA process and quality control points.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; team player attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure, take challenges, and maintain strict schedules.
