Key Responsibilities
- Support the General Counsel in establishing and implementing a global legal framework and policies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Minimum 10 years of Post Qualified Experience (PQE) in a law firm or corporate in-house legal environment.
- Proven experience in civil and commercial litigation.
- Strong knowledge of laws applicable to the company’s operations and businesses.
- Sound knowledge in handling domestic and cross-border/regional dispute resolution litigation.
- Strong communicator with a commercially savvy approach to legal matters.
