Key Responsibilities

  • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for technology initiatives across banking, insurance, and capital markets.
  • Translate complex financial processes into functional specifications for AI-enabled solutions.
  • Design, test, and refine prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) to ensure accurate, context-aware outputs for financial use cases.
  • Develop prompt libraries and templates for recurring advisory scenarios, including financial reporting and data preparation.
  • Conduct gap analysis between current client systems and desired AI-aligned standards.
  • Act as a liaison between business teams, technology teams, and AI specialists to ensure seamless solution delivery.
  • Prepare business cases, impact assessments, and ROI analyses for AI-driven initiatives.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support change management for new technology adoption.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within the financial services sector (banking, insurance, asset management).
  • Proven hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies, specifically LLMs and prompt engineering.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong grasp of financial products, regulatory frameworks, and accounting management principles.
  • Proficiency in prompt design and optimization for generative AI models.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in agile environments.
