Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop RF switches and antenna tuners for 5G FR1/FR3 cellular and WiFi applications using GlobalFoundries RFSOI technologies
  • Perform RF IC schematic design, layout, and verification using Cadence IC design tools
  • Execute electromagnetic (EM) simulations using tools such as EMX and ADS Momentum to validate RF performance
  • Develop clear and comprehensive design documentation including architecture, simulations, and design tradeoffs
  • Define and execute detailed characterization and validation test plans to assess silicon performance

Requirements

  • Minimum M.S/Ph.D in Electrical Engineering from top tier institutes
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant industry experience in RF IC design
  • Good knowledge of silicon process technology and RFSOI
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Chinese, both verbally and in written technical materials
