Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop RF switches and antenna tuners for 5G FR1/FR3 cellular and WiFi applications using GlobalFoundries RFSOI technologies
- Perform RF IC schematic design, layout, and verification using Cadence IC design tools
- Execute electromagnetic (EM) simulations using tools such as EMX and ADS Momentum to validate RF performance
- Develop clear and comprehensive design documentation including architecture, simulations, and design tradeoffs
- Define and execute detailed characterization and validation test plans to assess silicon performance
Requirements
- Minimum M.S/Ph.D in Electrical Engineering from top tier institutes
- 3 to 5 years of relevant industry experience in RF IC design
- Good knowledge of silicon process technology and RFSOI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Chinese, both verbally and in written technical materials
