Key Responsibilities

- Manage external assurance processes for CSR data and reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in CSR reporting, sustainability, or ESG analytics, preferably in financial services.
- Strong knowledge of GRI, SASB, TCFD, and other ESG reporting frameworks.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing executive-level reports.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Preferred: CFA, CPA, or GRI Certified Sustainability Professional designation.
- Experience with ESG ratings and benchmarks (e.g., CDP, DJSI, MSCI) is a plus.
- Familiarity with regulatory developments in ESG reporting (e.g., EU CSRD, SEC climate rules).
