  • Take ownership of all monthly, quarterly, and yearly business reviews, creating reporting packs for customers on operational KPIs, metrics and overall performance.
  • Ensure activities are in line with operational and contractual budgetary targets.
  • Collaborate with senior management to support new commercial opportunities, projects and value-added solutions with a focus on organic growth, site development and the maximization of revenue.
  • Support in creating, defining, and deploying operational strategies in alignment with product line objectives and participate in wider project support as and when required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience of managing large, multi-contract warehousing operations with a high level of client interface.
  • Ideally within a fast-paced 3PL operation.
