Key Responsibilities

  • Manage workforce administration lifecycle processes for Managers and above group (e.g., appointments, transfers, promotions, offboarding); ensure completeness and accuracy of all records.
  • Maintain data integrity in HR systems through regular checks, reconciliations, and periodic data clean-up; ensure accuracy for payroll processing.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing professional and timely responses.
  • Prepare and deliver HR reports and analytics, including headcount movements, workforce metrics, statutory/regulatory reporting, and sustainability reports.
  • Drive continuous improvement of Manager Administration Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), templates, and internal controls.
  • Support the Total Rewards team with activities such as annual salary reviews, Associate promotions, staff recognition programme and other ad hoc activities.

Requirements

  • Possess a University Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Business or in a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR operations experience.
  • Good knowledge of local labour laws and regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data integrity.
  • Self-driven, organised, and able to manage competing priorities independently.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
