- Superior communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with the ability to filter and distill relevant information to the right audience.
- Skilled in navigating environments of ambiguity and uncertainty; remains flexible and calm during rapid development cycles and can set direction even when data is missing or incomplete.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with proven creative and critical thinking skills and a habit of consistently challenging the status quo to propose new solutions.
- Detailed project tracking abilities and a strong track record of meeting deliverables on time.
- Ability to work outside of typical business hours and flexibility to travel per business needs.
- Working knowledge of technologies and skills used by engineering teams, including back-end JavaScript frameworks, HTML, and CSS.
- Fundamental understanding of databases (RDBMS and NoSQL) as well as CI/CD pipelines and strategies.
- Advanced knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Experience working within or collaborating with a globally distributed team across multiple time zones.
- BA/BS computer-related degree preferred, or a combination of relevant work experience and Certified PMP or Scrum Master is a plus.
