Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft Office and SaaS applications
  • Skilled in troubleshooting, system configuration and IT asset management
  • Highly organized, independent and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
  • Service-oriented and collaborative team player
  • Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
