Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior management in fund raising activities
- Analyze, originate, structure, negotiate, recommend, and close new deals, including due diligence and legal documentation

Requirements
- At least 12 years of relevant investment experience in fund management or corporate finance/M&A within a principal investment team
- Specialization in power, energy, and/or infrastructure is required
- Strong academic qualifications
- Proficiency in market and industry research within infrastructure or other private equity assets
- Strong financial modeling skills and a hands-on, detail-oriented approach
- Exceptional analytical ability and independent critical thinking skills
- Ability to make effective investment and asset management decisions
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills across different functions
- Excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills (including PowerPoint and Excel proficiency)
- Willingness to travel frequently to various key markets
