Key Responsibilities

Timely submitting and update reporting system (e.g. CMS Next)
Comply to Abbott Quality and Regulatory Compliance and policies

Requirements

Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology/Bioengineering or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering is preferred
Min 1 years' experience in Field Service Engineering from relevant industries such as diagnostics/medical device/semiconductor etc.
Fresh Graduates are also welcomed to apply
Must be willing to be on rotational standby after work hours and work overtime when required to resolve urgent service issues
Successful engagement with customers, specifically key stakeholders and lab staff
Excellent product and industry knowledge, experience and process skills of the business functions service delivery
Ability to identify and drive resolution of issues, technical expert for product line responsibility
Excellent communication skills, experience in use of analytical tools and software
