Key Responsibilities
- Provide second-level technical support for electronics, electrical, and automation systems including BESS and EnergetIQ.
- Monitor fleet performance, evaluate operational data, and optimize systems post-commissioning.
- Offer office-based technical support for service technicians across the Asia-Pacific region.
- Perform risk assessments for commissioning scope and attend toolbox meetings.
- Conduct Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and attend Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).
- Troubleshoot complex issues remotely, including customer communications and serving as the case owner for CCC tickets.
- Perform on-site or remote troubleshooting and optimization of plant operations.
- Document defects, corrective measures, and work completed using service tools and MS Office applications.
- Collaborate with global service and development teams on technical problem-solving and customer engagement.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, or related Engineering disciplines.
- Minimum of 5–10 years of relevant experience with Battery Energy Storage Systems and Microgrids.
- Strong knowledge of control systems and electrical installations.
- Hands-on experience with Low Voltage (LV), Medium Voltage (MV), and High Voltage (HV) Direct Current (DC) switchboards and battery systems.
- Proficiency in system troubleshooting and understanding technical specifications.
- Good command of IT tools including MS Office and network-related configuration.
- Strong initiative, logical thinking, and ability to perform under pressure.
