Key Responsibilities
- Apply group project cost control methodologies and standards at the project/programme level.
- Monitor cost performance for assigned projects, including forecasting and variance analysis.
- Review monthly cost reports, dashboards, and financial insights submitted by Commercial Units.
- Maintain accurate project financial data within the group’s cost management system and related tools.

- Engage with project managers, Finance, Procurement, and Subcontracting to ensure effective cost management.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in system development and support.
- Strong leadership and management capabilities.
- Extensive knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Oracle SQL, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Strong understanding of DevSecOps, CI/CD, Microservices, and Domain-Driven Design.
- Experience in both waterfall and agile SDLC methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
