Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and implementation of multiple Supply Chain and Procurement projects and rollouts.
  • Drive solution design, presales activities, and project delivery for global clients.
  • Lead Business Process setup workshops by demonstrating domain/industry best practices.
  • Monitor and control project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and issues to ensure adherence to governance standards.
  • Manage project risks by identifying potential threats and developing mitigation strategies, including contingency planning.
  • Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, executives, and external vendors.
  • Manage project changes through rigorous scope assessment and impact analysis.
  • Coordinate and supervise the project team, assigning tasks to ensure activities align with the plan.
  • Provide regular status updates to senior management, including progress reports and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12+ years in supply chain and procurement consulting or relevant industry roles.
  • PMP certification is required.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects and driving measurable business impact.
  • Experience with at least one SCM application (COUPA, Jaggaer, o9, iValua, or Zycus).
  • Strong expertise in supply chain planning, logistics, inventory management, procurement, and/or distribution.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and manage client relationships at all levels.
  • Experience with hybrid agile or full agile methodology.
