Key Responsibilities
- Develop and secure opportunities for Schneider Digital Grid solutions within the EAJ region.
- Efficiently manage the sales pipeline through the Customer Project Process and lead Pipeline reviews.
- Coordinate with local PS cluster and P&G segment teams on customer platforming, targeting, and account planning.
- Collaborate with all stakeholders in the geography to support preselling, tendering, and execution phases of opportunities.
- Coach Power Systems BU heads and Country presidents on pitching and selling Digital Grid solutions.
- Act as the opportunity leader for the assigned geography and key accounts.
- Map, assess, and target key utilities undergoing digital transformation.
- Lead demand creation plans at targeted utilities by pitching initial value propositions to C-level executives and building business cases.
Requirements
- Proven ability to develop and secure business for Digital Grid solutions.
- Strong understanding of the regulatory and political environment applicable to the utility industry.
- Ability to build strong partnership strategies for business growth.
- Decision-making mindset in both business and technology areas.
- Willingness to travel within the territory (Singapore/Malaysia).
- Experience in high-level sales and account management within the energy sector.
