Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure computer hardware/software on user devices (laptops, etc.)
- Troubleshoot technical issues including LAN/WiFi connectivity problems
- Provide face-to-face and remote IT support and training to local and overseas business units
- Monitor systems, conduct routine maintenance, and perform system changes across IT systems, hardware, network, and business applications
- Generate reports to analyze service activities and delivery KPIs, and brainstorm enhancements for service delivery
- Support digital and technology projects and initiatives as directed by the organization
- Manage stock inventory and assist with the procurement of IT equipment
- Partner with external vendors to ensure optimal system function and alignment with business requirements
Requirements
- Basic understanding of desktop, LAN/WiFi/WAN technical domains
- Familiarity with various environmental components and support tools
- Good knowledge of computer hardware, Windows, and Mac operating systems
- Proficiency in software applications
- Good understanding of mobile/smart devices (Android and iOS)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
