Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop competencies within the Supply Management team across APAC.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (written and verbal).
- Proven track record of successful change management execution.
- Capability in talent management, including aligning diverse team skill sets.
- Ability to mediate conflicts and arbitrate between differing stakeholder interests.
