Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Diploma in any engineering discipline.
- At least 3 years of relevant supervisory experience in a high-volume, high-tech environment.
- Proven knowledge of production concepts and techniques.
- Experience managing operators and line leaders is mandatory.
- Ability to independently manage assigned shift operations.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
