Key Responsibilities

- Develop and train quality engineers and technicians to enhance team competency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in quality management within semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of quality systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and quality tools (FMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP).
- Proven experience in leading quality teams and driving continuous improvement.
- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt or CQE preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with supplier quality management and auditing.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment as needed.
- Familiarity with media manufacturing processes (e.g., sputtering, CVD, lithography) is a plus.
