Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the overall strategy for Technology Service Management, Governance, and SRE across Group Technology.

- Collaborate with other technology and business units to align service management strategies with organizational goals.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and career development for the service management and governance teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in technology service management, IT governance, or related fields, with at least 8 years in a leadership role.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Deep knowledge of IT service management frameworks (ITIL) and governance standards (COBIT, ISO 20000).
- Strong understanding of Site Reliability Engineering principles and practices.
- Proven experience in managing technology risks, controls, and regulatory compliance in the banking or financial services industry.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL Expert, COBIT, CISSP, or CISM are preferred.
- Experience with cloud technologies, automation tools, and DevOps practices is a plus.
- Ability to travel occasionally for regional engagements.
