Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, HR, SecOps, and GRC modules.

  • Configure and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Glide, and other scripting languages.

  • Implement Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration for ITOM.
  • Develop and maintain Flow Designer workflows, IntegrationHub spokes, and Performance Analytics dashboards.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure successful delivery of projects within scope and timeline.
  • Stay updated with ServiceNow platform releases and new features to recommend improvements.
  • Contribute to pre-sales activities including solution demonstrations and proposal development.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and implementation.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide, and ServiceNow scripting.
  • Experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, HR, SecOps, or GRC modules.
  • Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, SSO, and MID Server integration.
  • Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.
  • Familiarity with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Performance Analytics, and Virtual Agent.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification required.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Certified Implementation Specialist preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements.
