Key Responsibilities

- Repair faulty units and conduct functional testing to ensure operational readiness
- Participate in CIP programs to improve repair success rate, extend part lifetime, and develop robust repair and testing capabilities

- Engage in global meetings and cross-training programs to unify skillsets and share documentation
- Contribute to the transformation of the repair center through automation and digitalization initiatives
Requirements
- Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering
- 5 years' working experience in a repair workshop
- Ability to perform component-level troubleshooting and fault diagnosis
- Experience repairing power supplies, controllers, PCBs, monitors, RF generators, RF matches, and chillers
- Good soldering skills
- Ability to perform swing shift work and support overtime
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Team player with ability to work independently, demonstrating ownership and accountability
