Requirements
- Proven work experience as a PMO or Project Manager with a track record of leading end-to-end project delivery.
- At least 3 years of consulting experience in the Finance Industry.
- Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese is required for stakeholder communication.
- Demonstrated experience leading effective communication and building relationships with diverse stakeholders, including clients and senior management.
- Experience in managing a team of 2 or more members.
- Ability to handle large and global projects.
