Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage requirement traceability using DOORS, covering Functional, Allocated, and Product baselines.
  • Provide technical oversight to development Squads, ensuring implementation aligns with design constraints regarding schedule, cost, and quality.
  • Identify risks and propose effective solutions early, executing mitigation actions as necessary.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in Systems Engineering (Requirements, Design, Integration, Verification, and Validation).
  • Experience with Systems Engineering Standards, e.g., ISO/IEC15288.
  • Proven experience in the ATM Domain and related standards (e.g., ICAO, Eurocontrol).
  • Experience developing products in various methodologies, with a focus on iterative/agile development.
  • Familiarity with Safety, Security, and Human Factors standards and practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to succeed in a multidiscipline, multicultural environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
