Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and document solutions that meet customer requirements while maintaining the integrity of the System functional baseline and architecture.

Provide technical oversight to development Squads, ensuring implementation aligns with design constraints regarding schedule, cost, and quality.
Identify risks and propose effective solutions early, executing mitigation actions as necessary.

Requirements

Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
5+ years of proven experience in Systems Engineering (Requirements, Design, Integration, Verification, and Validation).
Experience with Systems Engineering Standards, e.g., ISO/IEC15288.
Proven experience in the ATM Domain and related standards (e.g., ICAO, Eurocontrol).
Experience developing products in various methodologies, with a focus on iterative/agile development.
Familiarity with Safety, Security, and Human Factors standards and practices.
Demonstrated ability to succeed in a multidiscipline, multicultural environment.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
